Service for towing is outstanding, I have used them multiple times. Repairs tend to take longer than expected and communication always seems to be one way, but their work and towing is excellent.

Super late for vehicle pick up (3+ hours), super rude, condescending and aggressive tow truck driver at pick up and to top it all off vehicle key dropped off with dealer along with vehicle without any identifying information, leaving me to call the dealership to help figure it out!

Not sure what to think here- this is the company AAA told us was coming to get my dads car-they never showed up and did not answer their calls, B&B claimed they’re not associated with AAA but how else would I know about them?

UNRELIABLE AWFUL UNETHICAL COMPANY!! Left my elderly father for 5 hours on the side of the road!!! They did not answer their calls ( AAA had dispatched them to come out) they never showed up or even offered an apology!!!

I used this tow service twice this week through my insurance. First time the operator was hesitant to even try to tow my truck with a broken ball joint 20’ back into my driveway. The operator was less than pleasant.The second time was the same operator towing the truck to the repair shop. He was a bit more pleasant with me this time, but the repair shop said he was not helpful at all in positioning the truck into the shop.
