This was my first time getting an oil change at Auto Tech & it was a good experience! Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable waiting area, and quality service. I called ahead and was able to come get my oil change within the hour. My only complaint is that they were playing golf on the tv… ? Jokes aside, great company & great service! I will be going back soon to have them replace my grill :)

Purchase 4 new tires in Dec and noticed a nail in the 2 rear. Got me in right away and fixed the problem quickly at no charge. Thank you for the great service.

Very professional and friendly experience! Diagnosed the engine issue quickly and recommended an appropriate repair.

I had a very good experience at Auto Tech Center in McHenry yesterday. I had a flat tire and it turned out a flat spare. Mike at the front desk helped me. I brought in the flat tire. They put on a new tire brought it to my car. Put the new tire on the car then drove it back to the shop. They replaced the other front tire. They did some other front end work and alignment. Everything done in a professional and friendly manner.

Bad experience they said my rotors were for the front when they are for the back trying to get me the buy their over priced rotors how disappointing!
