Bought a car on Wednesday, was told it needed one sensor installed and we could pick it up as soon as they opened Saturday.
Saturday morning received a call saying it would be available at noon.
Arrived at 1:30 and at that point they then sent the car "next door" to have the sensor installed. We were told it was a very fast install. Over the next three and a half hours we were told "they're finishing it now it will be over in a few minutes" SIX times. Two different employees(I don't want to use their names) would variously make comments to us about how how either the other one or someone else "was supposed to already have this done, I don't know why they didn't do it". We received no actual apology or recognition of the significant inconvenience this caused us.
We drove the car home, and later that day to the grocery store and back. The third time we tried to start the car after leaving the lock cylinder broke and the car was unable to start and stuck in accessories mode. When we called we were told "it worked when it left" and a heavily implied "too bad"

Very good dealership they honor what they say and even when things seem hopeless they do what is promised and will maintain their reputation.. Bought a 2010 Mazda from here it had a couple things here and there with some issues they automatically solved it and have been working nonstop to rectify any issues we may have had with it whilst under a warranty. Very helpful aswell and they’re honest more than anything. Thank you again for your help

All around a great dealership. My girlfriend needed a car and we decided to drive an hour to come see a Jetta they had. Low miles! AND they gave us an amazing price. Really easy people to work with and very understanding. Steve was great, very patient with us and not pushy. They were very upfront with pricing and not sneaky about random fees. My girlfriend and I were very happy and satisfied with the car and the experience. Would 100% recommend people purchase from, here you won’t regret it!

Bought a 2002 GMC Envoy it was an excellent purchase a great deal. They had to fix the seat and ended up putting new brakes and pads on before I bought it. Thanks so much for the extra work to make the deal go through. I am extremely happy with the car thank you so much again

Great experience here throughout the whole process. No problems with getting me the paperwork for outside financing. Very polite and very clean cars on the lot. I can see a love for the automotive industry from the crew there. Would recommend anyone to go see them if they have a car you're interested in.
