Terrible customer service. My appt got cancelled because i called them to let them know ahead of time that i was running a few mins late. Every other place would have taken me in still. Pam was really rude as well. They wont be getting my money ?

Recently switched over to Americans best from vision works, and everything went good except that I had to go back in and get my prescription checked, as my prescription was off. Upon arriving back at the store to get my glasses fixed, the doctor who was filling in for the day was awesome and very informative. When it came time to get my glasses reordered, the person who assisted me Tammy was not nice at all. Asked me for my glasses back and I asked if my glasses were covered under warranty and if they were just going to order new ones frame and all, to which she replied “No, we need your glasses back, can you see driving without your glasses? You’re getting your glasses fixed for free…. ” I am now having to wear my old prescription after being adjusted to the new incorrect one form the first time…
