Our salesmen took plenty of time to narrow down the mattress that would work for us. We went with the Beautyrest Black. Delivery and setup was right on time and efficient. Great experience.

The salesmen were great. Very helpful, polite, listened to our needs and suggested beds to help that. They even brought out a slightly cheaper version of the one we were liking to let us try it out! :) great experience overall.

My mother got a mattress from here recently. The sales man talked us into the adjustable base. He told us that the height was adjustable since it’s hard for my mom to get in and out of a tall bed. However after install we found out he lied to us. We got the 2 free pillows with the mattress. They are the most uncomfortable pillows ever! We also paid for the setup and removal. A time window was setup. Got a phone call an hour before the window and was told they will be there in less than 15min. I wasn’t home at the time so I had to rush home because it’s an automated call. The installers were not careful or professional at all! They dragged everything in and out of the house instead of carrying it. They walked through our front bushes instead of using the front patio stairs. They refused to take the bed frame even thou we were told they do. When they left, they left pieces of cardboard all over the driveway and street so I had to pick all that up.The whole buying and install was a pretty bad experience and I will not be using this store again.

Went in to buy a mattress and adjustable bed frame since my daughter has purchased at this store before. Good pricing, quick and efficient. Sales man was knowledgeable and not pushy like other mattress places. When placing order and after placing order sales man explained everything on the receipt. Couldn’t be happier with the expected delivery date. Overall, very satisfied with purchase process and customer service. Would highly recommend.

I appreciate that this is a family owned company, but to spend over 1k on a mattress, not like it, and then to be forced to spend more money with them to resolve the problem just doesn’t make sense. I wish I’d understood their return policy better at purchase (they don’t have one). The salesperson tries to brush by that by insisting there is a 120-night comfort ‘guarantee,’ which just means they will allow you to spend more money with them if you’re unhappy.I really wish I’d just bought a bed in a box.
