This opinion is based on my personal dealing with Michelle, the owner. Also, read her other reviews. There are a lot of reviews to support my experience with this person.

Michelle, the owner, is a person who you should avoid doing business with. I was selling my father’s house, and in need of having his sump pump replaced, so my realtor suggested I call Michelle. After speaking with Michelle for a few minutes, she offered me a first responders discount for the work. I was thankful, and asked that she have her guy go out the next day to install the pump. She sent me the bill the next day, but there was no discount. Not a big deal, but I called her and asked about receiving a receipt for the work performed (for proof of completed work, and for warranty purposes). I mentioned the discount, and she told me she made a mistake by not applying it. Again, no big deal. Mistakes happen to everyone. She told me she would put the credit thru and send me a new, updated receipt. Days and days went by, and still no credit, and no receipt. Meanwhile, I kept asking about it, and she kept PROMISING to correct the mistake, but never did. Finally, after days and days of outright lying to me, she blamed it on an emergency in her family, but that was long after we had spoken several times already.
I have all of the text messages to prove her many lies and attempts to put me off. To make a long story short, I had to waste my time filing a dispute with my credit card company just to get the money owed to
me. After seeing all of my correspondence with Michelle, even the credit card company laughed at the ridiculous situation, and they promptly refunded my money.
Michelle is a terrible business owner and should be avoided at all costs. If you doubt my review, just look around at the other reviews that have had very similar issues with her blatant dishonesty. There are too many honest and deserving businesses out there that actually care about their customers to waste a dime on this place.
AVOID THE HEADACHES…TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Horrible company. DO NOT use them! Michelle lied to me, left us with no hot water for 4 days. Called another plumber, honored our warranted water heater that All-Pro installed. He will be out tomorrow to install our new water heater. Matched their labor cost and honored warranty. If you want a plumbing job done, DO NOT call this BOZO company, they are Shiesters!!!

I have personally used AP on a few occasions from trouble shooting to water heater replacement. Each time I was pleased with and would recommend them to others.

Agreed on work and they never showed up. I called them 3 times from Thursday to Friday to check when they would come out after we agreed on Tuesday to do the work for water heater replacement. Last call i made was on Friday, Melissa the owner said they will be there shortly and promised work will get done before end of week. It’s now the following Tuesday and no call, no acknowledgment, nothing! It’s like we don’t exist. Completely disorganized or completely lost in their own world. I called a new reputable plumber and within a day they came out drop shipped the heater to my home overnight and cost me $800 less than AllPro quoted. I’m sure she will respond to this review as she’s done with others and claim she left messages and texts but she’s lying. We were in desperate need a would’ve answered any message.. It’s a common theme for her incompetence. Terrible experience! Would never recommend!

The guys came out propmtly to find a gas odor smell and fix a gas leak at the gas valve in my crawlspace. They fixed it quickly and for a good cost. Will call them again if anything comes up.

It’s though to find honest people nowadays. Not the case for Art and Pat. Called them for a second opinion, and what would’ve cost 3600$ from a big-name plumbing company, ended up costing 3 bucks and some cleaning supplies. Thanks again guys!

I rarely write reviews, but the world needs to know about All Pro Plumbing. I requested a free estimate for plumbing work. They came to my house, carefully looked at my issues and provided the estimate with absolutely NO pressure. A few days after reviewing the estimate, I scheduled the work. The service provided by John and Pat was exceptional. The charge was less than the estimate! They really worked hard to keep the cost down. All Pro's prices were far better than other companies and service is superior. From the first call to Michelle, to the prompt estimate, to the perfect service- All Pro is unmatched.Services: Plumbing pipe repair

I'm trying to get him to come out since August 14th then Michelle told me that she would be out November 4th and they stood me up no call no show called her several occasions no answer no call back very unprofessional

Very friendly on the phone. Promised a "call right back" with confirmation they could send someone. Half the day later, I didn't get a call back so I scheduled with a different company. Will give All Pro another chance in the future.

I called at 6:30AM needing help with a plumbing emergency. The person who fielded my call could tell I was in need of immediate help and assured my they’d be there ASAP with an estimated arrival between 10AM-12noon.We waited until 1PM then called Duane Blanton Plumbing who arrived within 30 minutes.All Pro technicians rang my doorbell at 6PM. Too late.

2nd reviewArt and Pat were great!! They were very knowledgeable and personable. They came out for a plumbing leak and fixed the problem at an affordable cost. This is the 3rd time we have used this company and highly recommend. They are also very responsive. The plumber came to check to see if my sump pump and battery back up (which they previously installed) were working properly. Everything took maybe 10 minutes or less. I didn’t expect to get charged at the end of the visit $199 especially as a prior customer for doing no repairs and just testing these 2 items in 10 mins. or less. I felt ripped off by this place!
