Use this company at your own risk! I highly recommend to stay away! They do not care about your vehicle or the fact that this is a hard time in someone's life and most people rely on their vehicle daily. I called daily for over a week and a half with only receiving "It will come in tomorrow, we promise. You'll receive an email today and a call back". Over a week and a half with zero emails or calls... then after that week and a half I receive an email stating we called you twice and left a voicemail (10 days after my scheduled appointment). To take it even further my insurance company was contacted by this business stating I would have to pay storage fees! Again, use this business at your own risk... please protect your sanity over giving this company a cent of your money.

Had a fantastic experience!! Melissa Rick , Eddie and the kid that dropped and picked me up did an Awesome Job . I hit the side of my 2017 QX60
With my garage ( we have all done this) had some scratches , Minor repair and buff , 1 or 2 fairly deep ones . When I picked it up they said I needed a paint repair kit from infinity, I actually had one that I bought years ago . They took the time to fill in the deep scratches and my paint rock chips on my hood for no charge . I also had a paint dot smudge ? They buffed that out for no charge as well. Great experience ? 5 stars thank you

A damaged vehicle is not a positive experience but it was made much better by the staff at Crash Champions. The quality of the work done to my vehicle was excellent. The communication throughout the process made it so I never wondered about the status of my vehicle. And finally, the knowledge and professionalism of the staff created a sense of trust that my car was in good hands.

This is not about crash champions in general but their location in McHenry IL. My car was at different location but because they were busy they send my car to McHenry, They repair what was expected but they left a lot of unfinished job, damage parts.
this is the list of what they did wrong.
They left red paint on my front bumper indicating that they hit my car with different one. please take a look on the pictures.
They left big stain on my door window it look like someone had a diner on it.
They damage my tint on the other window
They didn't replace damage splash guard, insurance was charged for it
They painted over my floor mats.
They stripped door hinge bolts
They left finger prints all over roof upholstery
They left dirt on fresh paint
The sill around door completely fall down.
They even put a wrong tire pressure sticker.
It is a month since my car was returned to me and I'm still working with a different Crash champions on fixing defected and missing parts.
I want to put 0 start if possible.

Horrible job. Wrong parts out in and was told to go somewhere else and bring back the receipt by Joe. I spent $1,000 somewhere else just to be told that they couldn’t do anything about the mistake or refund. I was hit by a drunk driver and Joe decided to not replace the left side of my bed, the hitch and the connections to everything. So it was $1k for the side bed that didn’t get replaced and also $1k out of my pocket for the hitch and getting his mess fixed. He told me that he was going to take it to professionals for that but didn’t. Don’t recommend at all.

They keep you updated during the whole process. Very nice employees. Did a great job on my car after a raccoon collision.

2nd time worst job ever. 5 day job took 2 1/2 weeks and it wasn’t done. Took it back after vacation for them to finish. Bumper still crooked. Says “that’s the best we can do “. Back up sensor alarm beeps when there’s nothing behind you. Added almost $2000 to the quote for used parts and they didn’t replace parts they said they would. Do not go there! Years ago Adams was good but the last couple of years terrible work. And now it’s even worse. Go to Rainbow or Olsen unless you like getting screwed!!!
