Had a blowdry style with Jan today for a special event and safe to say, it was the most comfortable experience I’ve ever had at a salon. Jan was kind, gentle, and conversational. She also created the look I wanted perfectly. I really look forward to booking another service with her!

I am very disappointed with how we were treated when we walked in the salon with an appointment! We were given a price over the phone with a very nice lady and I told her about my length and thickness giving all detail about my hair and when I walked in at my appointment time, Jane kept increasing the price, probably to shove our business out the door. She never even looked my hair and kept us guarded by the door like she was expecting us to leave and told me I'm getting something I don't want. I've also had a perm before and love love love my hair permed and it was never the price she gave us each time I got it done . The price doubled a with "possibility of being more".... She was rude and gave attitude towards us for asking questions about what we can do to get my desired effect. Mind you we were very excited about this and made a whole day around coming and we're so disappointed on how we felt unwelcome. I honestly would have accepted the price change if she didnt treat us like we didn't belong
