I have a circular flower bed in my front yard. I asked the tree to be placed in the center of it. They came in and placed it off center, actually CLOSER to the gas line than the center would be. Now the whole thing looks off. I mean with all that equipment and someone can't even measure the center? Do I have to babysit everyone?
Now I have to hire someone to move it where it's supposed to be, about a foot over.

This is now the third tree I have purchased from iTrees. The trees are in superb condition, the planting is efficient, and the crew leaves a spotless yard afterward. The first two trees survived a very harsh winter with a week of below zero temperatures and are growing into beautiful shade trees as I watch. I highly recommend iTrees.

iTrees makes it so easy, and the quality is top drawer! Their website provides a great variety of trees, and is loaded with good information. Their people are friendly, responsive, and expert! They took care of everything, and the trees we got were healthy and beautiful. The on-site crew was fantastic!

I am a certified Arborist that works for a large tree care company (SavaTree). This is my first experience using iTrees to plant trees for a client of mine in Oak Brook, IL.Every step of the way, iTrees kept me and my client informed of the order status. The day before, we received a very detailed email telling us what to expect, how to care for our trees, and proper watering. I met the crew on site and they were very professional, and worked quickly. MOST importantly, they planted the three Green Giant Arborvitaes properly, opening up the burlap root ball and finding the root flare. I've purchased 4 trees from these folks over the past three years. Their prices are a bit on the high side, but in exchange you get a large selection of high quality trees of a good size, expert installation, and excellent customer service from pleasant and helpful people. (One of my trees needed to be replaced while under warrenty and the replacement was hassle-free and done in a timely manner. I do recommend the purchase of the 3-year warrenty--which is reasonably priced--for a 3-inch caliper tree.)Service: Tree landscaping

I wanted to order some trees and the person who I was asking questions to got back to me 2 weeks later! Unreal. I bought trees elsewhere that were actually a lot less expensive anyway. This place has very poor customer service and their prices aren't very good. Shop around. There are much better places.
