Please don't close this Walgreens I have informed Mayor Nathaniel George Booker. I have utilized this Walgreens for myself and my mom when she was alive. Give us another chance ?? we have enough residence in Maywood, IL ; to keep your profit ? margins up. I have a clear understanding because of the war supplies may be limited.

Every time we come here around this time 8:50pm this Walgreens is always closed! The sign on the store and online says 10pm! False advertisement at its best !

Went Sunday 8/4 asked where the pharmacy and was told it was closed. It was around 12 PM. Didn't say when or if.
COMMENT: Closing for LUNCH Didn't work for tourism in Europe and Mexico and in US lunch it's when people can pick up medicines. GREED not customer service.

This store is just horrible and the management as well. Stop by the store on Tuesday around 2:30p.m to gab several of things. So I ring the bell for assisting and a lady by the name of Jesse comes by to assist and was beyond rude. I mean extremely like who in the heck hired that lady and her customer service was beyond the worst I ever experience at a Walgreens. I would never return back to this location ever.

This place has a bunch of young cashiers that look like they don't want to work and don't care about anything. Cashier was in a daze looking at his phone for for good 30 seconds before even acknowledging me. Looks like he's on drugs. Rings me up and doesn't tell me the total until I ask him. Doesn't say anything resembling friendly customer interaction. If these kids can't interact with customers properly then they need to be retrained or get a job not involving the public.

Ordered 1 photo and it was supposed to be ready by 10:15am. Came to pick up around 2pm and it still wasn't ready. Cashier was rude and not helpful. Just said the machine is slow and no other employees came to help after being paged twice. Will never use their photo service or come for any other needs

Went there to purchase an allergy med. Had to wait 10 minutes to get someone to open security door. Had a coupon on app the stated $10 off. The associate at register, told me it was only in puerto rico . GTFOH. I tried to explain to her that it was applicable, but she didn't want to look at clipped coupon. Instead she wanted to discuss with fellow employee his schedule. Rude.

Good location, has everything you need on short notice or weird hours, pharmacy sucks like it does everywhere else, staff is so-so, parking is plentiful and has a ATM. Recommended!
