It was a horrible experience. I waited about 1 hour and the lady that was there couldn't bring up my account and would not accept my id to bring up my account. She had me call 611 to assist and couldn't assist me.either. The lady at the Metro PCS had her husband and her kid at the store and she seemed too be in a hurry to get to her family instead of her customer bad service overall. I won't ever go back to this store!

I called to talk to the store manager and the female employee who answered the phone was so rude and did not want to give me the information I asked for which was when will the manager be there and what's his/her name. Seriously bad customer service especially when I asked for her name she didn't want to give it to me and said if I want to know I can go to the store and find out!

I went to go pay my phone bill and as I entered, I was greeted immediately. Friendly workers and clean environment. The employee who helped me out was the manager Berenice. She was nice, polite and funny, great service!!
