I called in a prescription and was told it would take 20 to 30 minutes. After waiting the time I came in to pick it up and they hadn't even started filling it yet. After another 30 minutes they finally had it ready.
If you tell someone a time to come in and it hasn't even been started then why tell them it will be ready in a certain time.

The pharmacy manager Sara. She is the sweetest lady ever. Even when folks are hot tempered she is as cool as can be! This is a hateful world I couldn't begin to do her job without losing it on hateful people! I really hope Walgreens understands what an asset Sara is to their company !

I am so glad I do not have to use this pharmacy anymore. Unfortunately I had to pick up for someone else today. I do not miss waiting in line to pick up prescriptions and it takes forever. Not to mention that certain employees do not have any manners. I say thank you & all I can get is an mmm hmmm. Do better!

Pharmacist that assisted me over the phone tonight was terrible. I had notification that my prescription was delayed and required a phone call. Whoever answered the phone (didn't give her name) couldn't find any info about a delayed script. Was very difficult to hear over the phone, yet when I mentioned it, she was able to hold the phone properly and could be heard just fine. No explanation as to why my script was delayed. When I asked for an explanation, she became even more rude. When finished talking, she actually hung up on me without being professional. Terrible customer service! Walgreen's needs to do better!!

The pharmacist Melissa was incredibly unhelpful and rude. I asked very simple questions regarding my medication and she completely shut me and my concerns down. I asked about the availability of my medication and I was told in order to ever hear if the medication was even in stock to “get a doctors order”. I am a patient at the charleston Walgreens and was told by my doctor and the other pharmacist to call other locations to see if the medication is in stock at a different location.

After not being able to find a specific product in a neighboring Walgreens store, we called the Mattoon Walgreens to see if they had it. We were put on hold for the sales associate to look, we were then told that “yes, the product was in stock.” We then drove several miles only to find the store did not have it. The manager who we spoke to on the phone said she never spoke anyone prior to our visit. We were disappointed in this experience for sure.

Walgreens employees who take the passport picture need to know that any purple in the photo will get your passport rejected. This mistake cost us a lot of money!!

I went unattended at the window for so long, I eventually just came in. A disorganized mess when it comes to placing orders for pick up. The staff wasn't even apologetic about the misunderstanding regarding my order and the girl in the pharmacy had an attitude when the confusion was due to the staff's own incompetence.
