Went to pilsons in Clinton. Got approved for a car and then they sold it out from under me. Just went to pulsing ford got told by 3 people that I was approved for a car and got told to bring in papers I needed so I did and when I got there they said I wasn’t approved and offered me a rusted out car. Horrible experiences and will never be back to pilsons again!

I have bought 7 cars from here and will still keep buying from Pilson's and keep recommending my Amigos to buy from them.Chris Whitley @ Pilson Ford is my guy.Chris goes above and beyond in every way, by the way Chris Tamales going your way from my aunt.1st of all, Best customer service I have ever received.I buy my cars at Pilson's and nowhere else. prosses is very easy and fast. when you have found your dream car and are ready to sign, Chris will take you to Jason also a great guy he will offer you the best warranty available. Jason will ask you before you make that decision on getting into your dream car so when it comes to repairing your car you don't have to pay that money that cost to fix a car now days. these cars are machines like any other machines, if the car that you bought has mechanical issues this is not the car lots fault if you happen to get a car with issues that is why we get warranty on our cars. it is better to have it and not needing it, than needing it and not having it. when it comes to the Ford service team (Misty and her team) they will take care of you with any questions or info that you need. when they finish working on your car they will call you or text you to give you the diagnose of your car. Me as a Mexican I can assure you that they make us feel welcome, I have sent over 50 people and all of them are extremally satisfied all Hispanic none have ever complained to me nor stated anything negative of the Pilson's team. this place is family ran; the owner Jamie Pilson is normally walking around the Car lot as well.

Tim Imeri is an excellent sales guy. I highly recommend if you are going to pilsens you ask for him by name, he’s a great guy and will work out a good deal for you. Few people in this business care about their clients but Tim genuinely does.Got a Hyundai Tucson 2022 used. They worked with me and gave me a deal and interest rate I was happy with.

I loved how welcoming Pilson's were to me and my Brynnie girl!! I needed an oil change before taking a long road trip. I didn't need an appointment, just drove right in. They had cold bottled water and coffee. A nice customer service area to wait in. It was a little more expensive than my usual go to place; however, the convenience was worth it.

I bought a SUV in March. Within the first week the transmission and touch screen stopped working. The dealership asked me to wait until my extended warranty kicked in and they would cover the $100 deductible on my extended warranty. So, I waited 3 full weeks until that happened. They had the vehicle another 7-10 days diagnosing it. They replaced the transmission, fixed something with the touch screen. I drove it for about a week. I heard a popping noise in the front end. I took it back, they replaced the struts and mounts. I picked it up and on the same day my 6-month pregnant wife and 2 kids broke down 2 hours away from home off the interstate and now the transmission has failed again. My family has put less than 500 miles on this vehicle, and we have paid 4 payments on the vehicle. I have never had an experience like this. Please, ask a lot of questions of the history of the vehicle before purchasing from Pilson. I have made three calls to management and the sales department, and none of them have called me back.

As a young female I am always intimidated by the car shopping experience. For this first time ever I actually had a great experience. Murray helped me each step of the way and made me feel very comfortable. It was also my first time buying a car almost completely online and shipping the car to me. They entire gang was very helpful in assisting me with everything I needed no matter how silly my requests were! I would absolutely recommend Murray or the Pilson crew to anyone searching for a new car.

Another great experience with Pilson. Drove from Centralia to have my transmission serviced (local Ford dealers are terrible) they were very accurate with time. My only problem is their availability of loaner cars. I was told I would get one and I didn't. I did get a call 3 hours before my apt to let me know that they weren't able to get a loaner. (Thank you so much for that) when I got there Drew was the service writer and took care of me very well. He even recommended a nice little Italian restaurant for lunch and got us a shuttle ride there. Again amazing experience and thank you so much for going above and beyond for my 11 year old and I.

Was real easy to get into a vehicle, but the service absolutely stinks. I've had an issue with the vehicle for 3 weeks now. It was taken in and looked at and I never heard anything about it since. After numerous call attempts and messages. Its hard for me to call them ever single day being on the road. But I have not had one single artwork of a call back in 3 weeks. I have a warranty on the vehicle, but no help

Had a great experience at Pilson Ford. They really took care of me. Knowing that I was traveling 10+ hours to pick up the Bronco, Tracy had all the paperwork ready in advance and I spent less than an hour there and was back on the road. Everyone at Pilson Ford were very friendly and professional. It was a pleasure. Special thanks to Tracy for making it all happen.

If your reading this, then you might be in the market for a new or used vehicle. If so, then I 100% recommend you stop right now and schedule an appointment with this dealership.I am a Soldier stationed in North Carolina and I drove 13hrs just to buy from this dealership.Nicole handled everything over the phone and made sure I got everything I asked for before I even made the decision to buy from them and make a trip. She is a 10 out of 10.Jason the business manager is amazing, he went above and beyond to help me get to a level where I was comfortable with paying. Then went above that to get me to a level where I was excited to be at.Great dealership, I had other options that were closer. But the way things were handled over the phone before hand was awesome, then when I showed up it got even better.Thank you for the ride, I would definitely make the 13hr trip to buy again from this dealership.

Visited this dealer twice. The first time was an actual nightmare. I was lied to by the sales manager, after calling him out on it (tactfully I might add) he got very nasty. The second time wasn't too terrible. But I knew going in I was just there to look at a specific vehicle with no intention of doing any business there. I will say that time...I didn't see any of the same staff from that dreadful first go around.
