I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado with the expectation of getting a reliable vehicle, but what I received was a nightmare. I Almost immediately after buying the truck, I encountered numerous issues that required THOUSANDS repairs. What was very disappointing was I had to replace parts that were claimed to be “fixed” by the dealership. Despite assurances from the sales team, the vehicle turned out to be far from dependable. I ended up spending thousands of dollars just to keep it running. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a trustworthy vehicle. They clearly don't stand behind their cars or care about customer satisfaction.
The sad part is, the sales rep tried to act like he was a family friend and also knew that I was moving immediately after buying this vehicle almost 9 hours away. Very much seemed like he preyed on this advantage.

No complaints about dealership, staff etc. All very exceptional. However, the so-called "Express Oil Change" is a farce. Used to be I could call, make an appointment, drive in town and get my oil changed with a reasonable wait time. Now I drive in--cannot make an appointment--told there would be an hour and a half to two hours before they could even start my truck. That as been the case since this "Express" stuff started. My wife went in for an oil change, after two hours of waiting I drove in town and picked her up and we went shopping. It's either time for Pilson's to junk this "Express" stuff and get back to appointments or I'm going to alleviate some of their wait times by going somewhere else.

Caution: Potential consumer deception alert!
I narrowly avoided making a purchase after discovering discrepancies in the vehicle's advertised options totaling up to $8,000.
Despite catching the errors just before purchasing. I provided them with manufacturer based backup.
Shockingly, they persist in promoting the vehicle online with misleading information, falsely claiming pricey options that are not actually included.
Their excuse of "despite our efforts to provide the most current, accurate information, errors may appear from time to time" doesn't hold up when they continue to advertise features worth up to $8,000 that the vehicle lacks.
Beware of their misleading tactics!

BTW this is not a vehicle pricing issue, it is a substantial misrepresentation of what they are selling.
I just called the number provided and no one knows where to transfer me. I suspect this was an auto response posting from the business to give the appearance to assist. I checked the email address I gave when reporting the issue and no attempts have been made to contact me.

Kelly and I are very impressed with a salesperson, Terry McFarland Jr. Kelly told him the vehicle that we wanted to test drive. He had all the information and vehicle ready for us. He doesn’t even push at all. He asked questions about the trade in and I even presented pictures. He is busy man but get you more than 110% from him. If you tell him you needs, wants, likes, dislikes he can match it or even something that will surprise you. He will even call and text to check on us and vehicle. He is not like the stereotypical salesman which is refreshing. Thank you again. It’s always wonderful working with you Terry! Thank you Brian too

Was able to do everything over the phone, and have the vehicle delivered where I was able to sign all the paperwork, as well. Overall, I felt the deal reached was fair for the circumstances, and do not feel taken advantage of. Steve, Brian, the finance team, and the Sales Mgr were all responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Post sale followups were received and appreciated. If I were to buy another new vehicle, I would have Pilson at the top of my list.
