I paid extra to vacuum with quarters and it was only for one side, there was barely any suction. So I left, otherwise the wash itself went okay (just average quick wash)

Well the people are very friendly and the wash does a great job, but their payment plan that their computer controls have double charged me the last 2 months from a different location in a different town that I've never been and used there.

The best part of this place is that it can accomodate my raised pickup truck. The staff is also exceptionally friendly, helpful and patient. I sometimes forget to put my vehicle in neutral and they never get rude to me about it. It's also reasonably priced.

Exit was covered in ice and our vehicle almost slid all the way INTO traffic on Charleston Avenue.
Ice melt is cheaper than a lawsuit. Might look into it.

Staff member was exceptionally rude. She forced me out of the car wash before my vehicle was rinsed. I don’t plan to return.

Very rude employee. Couldn't get my card to work. She helped but took off and I asked for receipt . She told me it was too late but receipt was in machine. Didn't wash my windows and wash didn't hardly look like it cleaned my husband's truck. Will not go back.

I'm really upset about the service and how it has gone downhill since they opened. I have used this car wash ever since it has been here, but today I'm going to start taking both my cars somewhere else. The girl working today did not spray my car at all. Therefore, I still had dried bugs on my car since they didn't come off. Then there were two options that were supposed to work when using The Works option that were not working. Very disappointing. Last time I took my other car through I noticed it but thought it would be maintained and be working next time. but that didn't happen. It's all about the money and they need to maintain the options to make sure they're working and make sure the young workers use the damn bug spray and use enough to work!

My little ones love to go through the car wash. I just love that it gets my car so shiney and I don't have to drive, but relax while going through.

Cheap isn’t always better. Brush marks all over my 2021 I will never be bring my vehicle back here.
