Literally cannot say anything other than OUTSTANDING customer service. Rob L was fantastic to work with, easy to talk to about my situation, and eager to help me get into the right car for me without pushing.

I was car shopping last week, so I contacted KC Summers regarding a Rav4 they had in stock. They drove the car TO ME (55 min away) so I could test drive it for a few days ? I told them I was test driving other cars, too. They said “no problem.” I ended up purchasing a different car, but they picked up the Rav4 without any issues. Wow ?????

We drove 1 1/2 hours to look at a 19 Avalon Touring. We knew what we wanted and we knew the market price for the model we wanted. Looked at numerous cars selling for the same or more with twice the mileage. We were happy with the end price. Our salesman Max was nice to deal with as was Keaton. There was zero pressure from anybody and we purchased a very low mileage 19 Avalon Touring that was in excellent condition. Given that the Avalon and the 6 cyl's are now obsolete my wife and I were happy to get a nice one which hopefully will last us another 10 years or so like our 08 Camry did and will continue to be our spare car. Our whole experience with the staff at KC Summers was pleasant and in a couple years when I start looking for a GMC Sierra if they have what I want for a good price I will pay them another visit.

We bought a car today! Fastest, easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Ryan Hart and Jamie McCall were amazing. Thank you for a wonderful easy experience! Would highly recommend. Didn’t feel pressured and they showed us what was in our price range and price was right on point when sale was done.
