Had a flat tire that needed to be plugged. Drove in, they immediately got the tire fixed and put back on the vehicle in about 15 minutes. No charge for a plug if needed. They will charge us a patch is needed instead of a plug. Overall, great service

Words cannot describe the amazing experience we with KC Summers. My fiance and I were TALKING about getting a new vehicle, but we were FORCED to start looking sooner than we were prepared for after an accident. I was referred to KC Summers by COUNTLESS people. We got hooked up with Pat Renfro, who is a character to say the least. I knew we were in good hands as soon as we walked through the doors. The place operates like a well oiled machine. Anything Pat asked for his crew had for him within minutes. We test drove 3 different cars, all of which keys had to be located and dealer's plates had to be transferred. By the time we got out of our seats to head to the next car, the keys were there and the plates were transferred. It was a sight to see. I could not believe the organization of that place. What sealed the deal for us in giving KC Summers our business was when Pat looked at my fiance and I and said "I'm really not interested in selling a car here. I'm interested in gaining a customer"....I about fell out of my chair. I replayed what he said in my head and thought "WOW! Of anything I have ever been 'sold'....NEVER has the seller mentioned having interest or concern for whether or not I would be back in the future." My point: You are in excellent hands when it comes to KC Summers!
