My salesperson, Ryan Hart, was very forthright and made my transaction a very satisfactory experience. It was the first time that I had worked with him after trading for 10 previous vehicles at the dealership. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking to buy a new vehicle.
Matt Bowen was also very helpful and thorough in finalizing the financial aspect of the purchase.

Always very friendly with emphasis on service and satisfaction. Sales staff is knowledgeable and willing to please. Pleasant buying experience.

I had my 2009 Malibu towed to K.C. Summers when it wouldn't start. It ended up being there for 2 months. After a month had passed, they tried to tell me that the parts were unavailable, and they would give me $300 junk value for it. I had to source the parts myself just so they would fix it. I had asked them to take a look at the windshield wipers while it was there because they weren't working correctly. I mentioned it a dozen times over the 2 months they had it. They didn't even look at them. Just replaced the blades and called it a day. So now the windshield wiper blades are new but still don't work. Unless you have a new car, I would not recommend their service department.
Update: I paid the bill and picked up the car. Two weeks later they sent me a second bill for $350, saying they forgot to charge me for some of the labor. Who does that?

My daughter had an appointment at 12:30 at 2:15. They still hadn’t started to change the oil in her car because it was at the wrong building and nobody drove it over to the other building like they said they would and then they said they would take it to where she was getting a haircut and they didn’t do that until she got back. Nobody knew where the car was very very poor. Very poor service.

Mike Genta was phenomenal! Greatest truck buying experience I’ve ever had. He was knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful throughout the process. The experience Mike provided was more of a family member helping you through the car buying process compared to your typical “salesman” approach. I cannot recommend Mike Genta enough, and because of him, I highly recommend KC Summers GMC.

Took the time to fully explain every option and build my truck and beat the unbeatable Laura GMC dealerships price by 2k. I'm 59 and this is the first time I've left a dealership feeling like I got a really good deal. You'd never that that a small town dealer can beat the big dogs in and STL but they did.
