Beware, especially if you're planning to travel to see the car. I was in constant communication with a sales man there. I sent pictures of my trade in, and offered repeatedly to do a FaceTime walk around. I had my car assessed for trade ins at my local dealers. I drive 2 hours to buy a car from these guys and I think they just knew they "had me" and didn't think l'd drive 2 hours back empty handed. so they low balled what they gave me over the phone and lower than other reputable dealers in town quoted me.
These guys are exactly why car salesmen get bad reputations.
EDIT: Dealers reply is dishonest. It’s why I wanted to do a walk around so there were no surprises. Also, I’ve had 2 or 3 local dealer trade in offers for the price I was expecting. The price I was expecting included the minor touch up scratches. The truth is, they didn’t expect me to leave after driving that far and tried to take advantage of it. Even chatGBT knows this to be true.

UPDATE!!! Not happy with the service department. They don't even know if your car is there. Once they have it. They also don't return phone calls. They should have their own number instead of having to push this and that and getting someone else answering the phone.
UPDATE!!! This really hasn't changed. Text service department for an appointment. No response. Emailed the dealership at least 3 times. No response. Maybe they just don't like me for some reason. I will never go back there again. Moved on to another place to take my vehicle to.

We can't say enough about the over the top service experience we had today from Thomas and the service staff at the Toyota department. My sister and her husband were passing through on I 57 and suddenly experienced a broken drive belt on their Ford Escape, at 3:30 p.m. The staff diagnosed the problem, ordered a new Ford belt, and installed, working a little overtime. Thank you for helping them get back on the road.

We recently bought a 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5 from KC Summers and are very pleased with their service & the car! Ryan Hart did a great job finding the EV we wanted in a timely manner and there was no hard sell + no bad vibes like you can get elsewhere. This is now the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from KC Summers, dating back to 2010.

My battery for my 2012 VW key finally went down and I went to a couple of auto part stores. Nobody would touch it in fear they would break it. I then went down to one of KC's dealerships where they fixed the problem and declined taking any payment saying the battery was simply public service! You won't run into that type of kindness very often! ?

There was miscommunication between me and a service advisor. Ed the manager made it right. That is why I have bought three vehicles from KC Summers and take my vehicles there for service.
