The principle Jacob was fair in priced, reliable and very thorough. He kept us both updated and involved with the progress as he did the work. Anywhere he encountered unseen or otherwise a possibility of future problems he promptly contacted us, both presenting the issue and his recommendations. Upon our understanding and approval, the work was continued with little delay. Most impressive was his candor and willingness to admit the areas he was not familiar with, to which he’d propose a course of action sufficient to accomplish the job in a manner befitting any experienced technician or professional doing the same work. I/we would highly recommend his services. The finished product exceeded both our expectations of performance and at well under the budgeted expense we anticipated. This review was written well over a month after the job, and yet still exemplary performance.
