Unsanitary practices!! During my pedicure, I watched in horror as the technician rinsed her tools in the same dirty bathwater that had been used for previous clients. To my dismay, she then used these contaminated tools on me, causing me extreme pain by pulling off some of my nails. I had to leave immediately then she yelled at me and demanded $20.

This location is spectacular! I will definitely be a returning customer.When you have any facial waxing done, they have rooms with comfortable beds to lay on while they work their magic!The fingernails look gorgeous and the pedicure area is very clean and welcoming.The staff and customers are very friendly as well. FIVE STARS!

I wanna rate this place 2 stars because the tech who did my nails was friendly and pleasant to make small talk with. He’s also did a neat, precise job with my acrylics and polish. The rest of the visit was pretty bad, sadly. I made a last minute decision to walk-in for a mani pedi today, my tech started with my manicure, he was so nice that I felt like I had to ignore his work station being pretty dirty and gross looking. The tools he used looked old and dirty as well. It seems like keeping things clean & sanitized between customers is not very important to them.My nail tech was also pretty rough with his work, apologizing after I let him know it hurt, but then going back to doing the exact same thing. Part way through my manicure I decided I would skip the pedicure because of the pain with my mani.My nail shape and polish/designs look really close to what I wanted but I have several tiny sore/raw/bleeding spots all over the skin around my nails from the e-file he used on me, I’m a little worried about getting an infection.One of the other employees there also took it upon herself to tell me I needed to get my eyebrows done and when I said no thanks she told me my eyebrows weren’t clean and I needed to do them. Which I thought was kind of rude.Overall not a good experience and I don’t see myself coming back.Services: Acrylic nails

Went in yesterday, last minute, the lady who did my nails was nice but the work was HORRIBLE. I had the dip nails done and they absolutely LUMPY!! And not to mention she took 2 hours and it was just a dip color change. And for $55 definitely NOT WORTH IT. I will stick to my usual place no matter what. Horrible nail quality for high price!

This place will never see me or the 100 friends I tell again. Broken chair, no bubbles in water and cold water. Owner was completely rude. No wonder this place has the lowest rating in Mattoon. Go to the mall people. Much better work and price.Service: Pedicure

Wasn't sure if they had EV charging stations but the price here is pretty normal ig. I only had gone here to do my toes and get a deluxe pedicure and they did okay. The only problems I saw were when the lady was tryna low key be disrespectful to me and this other guy.

Lady working here at the shop knocks my whole coffee over before I could even sit in the chair for my pedicure. No apology. Then proceeds to tell me it’s an extra $15 for gel polish. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I called to get a pedicure for 3 people and asked if I needed an appointment and they said no you do a walk in. So we came in and the rude lady asked what was needed and we told her 3 pedicures. She told us we needed to come back at 6pm cause they were busy the time we came even though I called. So we left. We decided to try another day. We walked in at a different time and she looked at us and said what do you need and we said 3 pedicures and she said sorry I can only do one of you today. We said no thanks and walked out. The one Employee is very rude and not friendly at all.

My mother and sister and Iwere needing to get a pedicure, and we called a week ago and let them know that it will be between 430pm and 5pm, we wanted to book it they told us to just walk in. We went and when we got there they said they couldn't take us we had to come back. We went back today and they did the same thing. And they were not friendly.

Horrible! Do not recommend going. The man who did my nails was being very rough and kept cutting me with the drill and even when I told him he was getting too close to my skin he kept doing it. I did not like my service or my nails.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!! I’d give them zero stars if I could. Every time I go in, the woman is so rude. She always tells me I need to wax my entire face if I want just eyebrows. She yells at me if I don’t pay cash. Then I went in on Saturday, mind you, it’s Tuesday. I wanted a simple nail with a spring color. She told me I need to do gel because it’ll last longer and look better, she switched my color. $50… man doing my nails didn’t say one word the entire time and my nails look HORRIBLE! I’m so embarrassed I don’t want anyone to see my fingers. They have looked this horrible since I left. I ended up paying $63 and she was mad I used my card and said $2 tip???? Like wow. I will never ever go back. They don’t deserve service. Do not waste your money.Services: Manicures

I am disappointed with my experience today. I have been going to Jackie’s on and off for the last several years. I went in today for a gel nail polish change, as I do every time. My lady upsold me to do dip nails, which I’ve been considering but it’s $15 more. I decided to do it, and she color matched the light pink gel polish I had grabbed. As she began putting the dip color on, the color was way darker (magenta) than what I had chosen. I asked her if it was the right color, she assured me it was (I’d never done dip before, I assumed the color would change). Fast forward to the end of the appt, she says “sorry they are the wrong color, hope you like them”. I was stunned, and I did not like the color at all. I told her I’m in a wedding next week, and this color completely clashed with my dress. She asked if I could wear another dress??? I shared with her how disappointed I was, that I came in for a $35 service, she upsold me to do a $50 service and am leaving with a color on my nails that I don’t even like and I’m stuck with for 3 weeks that I’m going to have to get redone before the wedding. I asked if there’s anything they can do to make it right, like a discount today or if I return for the redo. She said “sorry no, you pay $50 today”. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service I received.
