Great customer service. Everyone I came in contact with was awesome. Got a good sale price on tires. Service was quick and in a timely manner. Only down fall has nothing to do with the location. I think its a total hassle when you call their local location # on phone they put you through a call center somewhere before you talk to the actual store employees.

Stopped in without an appointment when our vehicle started experiencing unexpected electrical issues on a road trip to Chicago. Thankfully things weren’t that busy so the folks at Car-X were able to work us in quickly. Completed a full oil change and that seemed to resolve our issues but they went the extra mile and printed details on some of the error codes that were popping up so that we would be better prepared to seek help if issues returned. Friendly, efficient service without trying to upsell us on any unnecessary services. Highly recommend.

We ran into a car problem on our way from Chicago to Florida. These people had our problem fixed and out the door in no time at all with smiles all the way. (And no charge ?)

Fast service. Only thing I didn't like was I was never asked what oil I prefer or if I want any other services, which I did but I did not receive. They just gave me the cheapest oil change and sent me out the door. Another thing I didn't like was how they judge people with tattoos. Over heard them talking about why they would not hire somebody. I believe everybody deserves a chance. With that being said I'll have my vehicle serviced somewhere else.

stripped out my oil pan drain plug. (probably used an impact) people are nice most of the time, but don't make the mistake of using this car x. second time they've messed up my cars.
