I drove from out of town to look at vehicles & although it was a WEEKDAY they were closed. ? Really?
Well ok, I can still look, see what I'm interested in & call for the information the next day.
When I called the next day the VERY 1st thing the sales person David said was that he...
"Couldn't disclose information over the phone"
? Really? ? ? ?
I WAS very seriously interested & this is what I'm told? Do they want to sell cars or not?
I had ALREADY driven from out of town & no one was there to answer any questions & then I can't even get information over the phone?
There is no reason not to just give the basic information over the phone, especially when I had just told him I had been there the day before but they were closed & no one was there to ask.
Instead my very 1st interaction is a negative & the sales person would not help a potential customer with a basic question?
In my book that's POOR CUTOMER SERVICE.
I'LL MOVE ON TO A PLACE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY WANT TO SELL ME A CAR. ?♀️
I'd skip this one folks.

I would not buy a car from them the 2 cars I bought from them both crashed and needed a lot of work done with in the first 3 months of having both Cars I will never get another car with them and they refused to pay to fix it so I had to pay out of my pocket to fix the cars and they still expected me to make the car payment when I had just put my car payment plus some into fixing the Cars don't waste your time, breath, or money on anything from them -Calista and Chris

I will never bought a car form use again seen the. First time I bought 2012 Chevy Malibu it keep try off when I drive it my starter went out on it and my alternator went on it. It had a major oral leak. They did not fix it. I don’t recommend anybody buying a car from them at all.

If you live pay check to pay check and on a single income like I was DONT come here I paid on my blazer for 4 years still a great car. In all honesty it it's easy to get a car here there's a catch. Also noticed in the comments a car I test drove awhile back had a vibration we told them and it still sat on the lot and the comment from another potential buyer said the same thing we did ... Just beware especially if ur a single income easy to get a car but pure heck for 4 years and the bank they go threw will swipe for multiple payments. Nickel and diming ur account. They will get their money Only posting this bc I just got 4 of my friends to NoT come here their finances weren't the best and if yours are on the low end I suggest you take my review seriously

This dealership scams and sells lemons and overcharges people they need to be closed down and need a smalls claim report failed against them for abusing there costumers if I'm a bot then how come I'm paying $400 on a repo'd car that didn't even stay started and had to get the police to help get it open entitled karen

Went to get a vehicle yesterday. Was going to put $4500 down on a used car that’s double what it’s worth. But the kid that was working, Preston, couldn’t have been any ruder or judgmental. Didn’t want to help me because I’ve been at my permanent job for two months instead of three. I had to politely ask him to stop treating me like a was a pos for it. Then I kindly changed my mind and went to Elite Auto Mall in Mt. Zion where they couldn’t have been more kind and I found me a fantastic vehicle that I paid outright for and fully own now. I’d never recommend this place to anyone!

We’ve gone through them more than once! I absolutely love the staff here at this office. They instantly remembered who I was even though it’s been a few years. They have always made me feel welcomed and never made me feel out of place. The vehicles we have gotten from them we’ve never had any major issues with them at all! Would recommend them to just about anyone.

Great and friendly customer service. It’s the best experience I’ve ever had with buying a vehicle. They did not rush me through the process and they took the time to explain everything. The program that they use for signing the contract is great. Not only does the program explain every document section by section, but also in courages you to read the document and make sure you understand it before signing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good running, well maintained vehicle. Thank you Katrina and the crew for making this a great experience. I appreciate you all.
