Purchased a Nintendo Switch from the local Game Stop. Purchased the 1 year warranty as well. 2 months later the docking station stopped working. Was told in order to use the warranty I must return everything... Switch, controllers, dock etc.They did not have a replacement for me, they had to mail my entire set back and me (and my 7 year old) waited weeks.Box showed up in the mail. Invoice inside said replacement Nintendo Switch. Box had no switch, was filled with stuffed animals. After countless emails and phone calls. Its been weeks now waiting for a shipping label to send back the 3 little stuffed animals so we can then hopefully get the $300 switch sent to us.Also, had to pay $45 for the new warranty for the replacement the day we sent the old one in. It has been 1 month. Still no switch, still have a box of stuffed animals, and have 11 months left on the warranty for the item we still do not have. We will never purchase a system from a GameStop ever again.

Waited 30 minutes for it to open and another 30 after 11 how can it still be closed 30 minutes after its supposed to be open. If I showed up that late to work I'd been fired.

I have a yearly subscription for a pro membership at GameStop and was told that I couldn’t use my promo code towards an iTunes card that I have used several times for iTunes cards. I even have receipts to prove it. He told me they haven’t done this promo for at least a year, even though I just used it in September. As of right now I will no longer be shopping at GameStop because of those experience. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
