“Bought a truck from KC Summers Nissan and they were extremely easy to work with. Whole process took less than an hour once I pulled the trigger on the truck. I then bought a replacement battery for my Tacoma from KC Summers Toyota. All staff from service to sales seem to be eager to help.”
“My husband and son were out of town, we just had two days of heavy snow, so what else could go wrong? How about a check engine light and my only vehicle not running right when I have a little one I need to get to places. Jeff White, Aiden Collins, and 1st Class Wrecker Service all came through for me. They took a very stressful day for me and removed a big one. They came to my home, brought me a loaner vehicle, and took my Yukon XL back to the dealership. There was no hassle, no stress, they just did it. Their service went above and beyond. “The principle Jacob was fair in priced, reliable and very thorough. He kept us both updated and involved with the progress as he did the work. Anywhere he encountered unseen or otherwise a possibility of future problems he promptly contacted us, both presenting the issue and his recommendations. Upon our understanding and approval, the work was continued with little delay. Most impressive was his candor and willingness to admit the areas he was not familiar with, to which he’d propose a course of action sufficient to accomplish the job in a manner befitting any experienced technician or professional doing the same work. I/we would highly recommend his services. The finished product exceeded both our expectations of performance and at well under the budgeted expense we anticipated. This review was written well over a month after the job, and yet still exemplary performance.”

Getting a random weird noise checked out. I didn't even know how to describe the sound, but this friendly, helpful staff just said, no worries, we got you. I have known Wayne for a long time he would never overcharge or take advantage of anyone, which I can't say that about other similar establishments.

“Had a flat tire that needed to be plugged. Drove in, they immediately got the tire fixed and put back on the vehicle in about 15 minutes. No charge for a plug if needed. They will charge us a patch is needed instead of a plug. Overall, great service”

“No complaints about dealership, staff etc. All very exceptional. However, the so-called "Express Oil Change" is a farce. Used to be I could call, make an appointment, drive in town and get my oil changed with a reasonable wait time. Now I drive in--cannot make an appointment--told there would be an hour and a half to two hours before they could even start my truck. That as been the case since this "Express" stuff started. My wife went in for an oil change, after two hours of waiting I drove in town and picked her up and we went shopping. It's either time for Pilson's to junk this "Express" stuff and get back to appointments or I'm going to alleviate some of their wait times by going somewhere else.”
