Your driver, Sam, stopped to help my husband and I when our car would not start. He did that out of kindness not because he was working. He was so helpful and kind! If we ever need help we will definitely call Affordable and ask for Sam!

5 ⭐️ Very thankful for Affordable Towing. My wife had a flat tire 1 1/2 hours from home in single digit temps at 6:30 pm on a Friday. While our spare was frozen under the truck bed and they couldn’t change the tire, they made sure that she was able to get a ride and checked in on our situation after the weekend. If we need help again in the area, Affordable Towing will be our first call.

Had a break down on a company truck, nobody wanted to help due to weather so I went down the list and found affordable towable. Sam was here within an hour . Removed the tire took it for repair and replaced it. Very professional and polite company.

The worst business ever.My truck was not fixed.They were to put on a new oil pan.I gave them 175.00 up front.They had it over 2 months.They never returned any calls.When I finally got my truck the dip stick was so hard to get in and out it was Laughable.ON TOP rOF THAT THEY WOULDNt acknowledge the 175.00.Then they charged me more than the quote. And they put a 100 miles on it.It had part receipts from southern Illinois in the seat.fast foo receipts from Effingham.IT WAS A Costly nightmare huge mistake.

jeep broke down in Charleston and Brian was great! Went and got it, brought it back to Mattoon in no time at all. Very reasonable price and good to work with! Highly recommend
