I just got my car back from the dealership, after it was there for almost a week, and my girlfriend gets pulled over because one of the headlights was off. Another auto shop was gonna have me leave the car overnight, while my dealership was going to have me wait until Friday.I show up here, and the fix was just reconnecting a wire that got disconnected.

I needed new struts. Ken not only gave me an immediate appointment, my car was ready the same day! He also evaluated my car overall and informed me about additional repairs that will be needed in the distant future...and the cost! Compared to other repair shops I was impressed that he was so skilled, informed and reasonable!!! I will refer all of my family and friends to go to Ware's Auto Repair!

This shop is awesome ?? They get right to the issue and prices aren’t outrageous. They also work with a car warranty company. Best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic !!!

I appreciate the professionalism and honesty of this business; in a time when that type of service is lacking. Where I could have been lied to and ripped off, Ken was very honest and provided sound advice. I'll definitely take my vehicle back to him in the future.

Very unprofessional and rude. I came in Saturday to get my brakes and exhaust done and the owner was very rude and told me he hopes my brakes fall off because he didn’t do them correctly and had a whole attitude problem when I came to pay for his services I’ll never come to this place again! I had to go to a different location for them to tell me my brakes were put on incorrectly smh wow what a waste of time and money!Services: Exhaust

First Off, Let me start by saying Mr. Ware's business practices are very unprofessional.The shop is dirty, and the mechanics aren't certified. The workers are suspicious, so don't take any valuables or leave any valuables in your vehicle. This is not a trustworthy place. Also, watch bringing your loved ones, especially kids. This shop is not family or kid-friendly like the dealerships. Ken Ware, at times, reeks of marijuana, and the individuals that are in the shop are suspicious.Ken takes on jobs that he does not know how to fix, and you're not going to find out that he doesn't know until the end.
