Jarett at the Verizon located in Matteson, on Lincoln Highway was sooo helpful and kind! He got my bill straightening out, got my home internet issues straightened out, and He got me in and out in a hurry! He’s great! Ask for Jarrett when visiting this location! Thanks Jarrett!

I'm very glad that we had Jarrett help us at Verizon last week! After 15 years at Verizon, I switched service to AT&T to save money on my account - and it went very badly. Jarrett helped my dad retrieve his number and get a new phone. And, with his help I am still saving money on my monthly bill with the new plan. Thank you!
