Just bought a new bronco from Sutton Ford , I've owned a lot of cars mostly Ford's this was the worst experience I've ever had !!!
I live in Indiana and asked them not to install the front license plate bracket but they did anyways and used some giant self tapping screws that messed up the painted grill filler piece and wouldn't fix it , when we first looked at it it had rear floor mats in back when we picked it up they were gone and they said they would get me some but never did!!!
Then since we bought the bronco on A plan they wouldn't honor the sale price that was online... What a joke .
Had to contact Ford customer care in Dearborn so waiting on them to fix the issues.
Don't buy anything at this dealership not even a pop out of the machine very unprofessional and management is useless!!!!!

After Aamaco Transmission in Chicago Heights had my car for 4 months and nearly destroyed it.Never communicating,I had to always called them to find out what was going on.I had it towed to Sutton Ford in Matteson and they did an outstanding job. Jillian communicated with me with me the first day and everyday after that about what was wrong, what the mechanic said, what needed to be done, how much it was going to cost and how Sutton Ford could help me cover the cost of it. Within 2 weeks my car is fixed and runner very well. I am so grateful to Jillian and Sutton Ford for caring about their customers and the pride and work they do.You see it when you get your car back Thanks Sutton Ford I will only come to you from now on❤️
