Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT get your car serviced here. Our truck was having problems and needed a new fuel pump. We brought it here for it to be replaced. Within 6 months, it needed to be replaced again. We took it to Bosak in Meriville, Indiana, and they said they should have replaced the wiring when the pump was replaced because it was burning the fuel pump. This is required at Bosak at it cost over $1000 to remove the fuel pump to do any work. When Bosak manager called this place in Matteson to address their miss, the manager hung up on the Bosak manager.

Huge shout out to Tony Thomas and Ryan in financing got me all taken care of super fast and super easy to deal with. I purchased cars from some good dealers but this was by far my best experience I've had. I will be back for my next new car purchase. Thanks guys!

Avoid this place for any type of business at all costs. I had the unfortunate experience of having my car stolen and luckily it was recovered. Insurance is a pain so I don't hold the delay on South Oak. My issue is the quality of service with the repairs. You can tell they did the bare minimum when it came to the inspection and testing the car to see if the root cause was addressed. My car needed repairs to the window, sunroof, and antenna so they key could work. When after clearly communicating the persistent issues and two trips back to their service department the car still isn't fully repaired in regards to the things that needed attention. To top it off they didn't even vacuum or clean the car after I asked. Typically they do clean your car as a courtesy but they didn't even do that. Left panels of my interior off and some tools back there. I'm in the process of adding a third car to my inventory as a daily. I won't be buying from them.

My intention was to inquire about purchasing a New 2023 Jeep GRAND CHEROKEE SUMMIT 4X4VIN: 1C4RJHEG0PC563499 STOCK: GC23027 . Which was advertised for $71,515 Unfortunately due to Clarence McCloyd the sales manager you all have lost my business for good.I presented an offer from your manufacturer $4,000 Bonus Cash - Program ID 40CPV8 This is an offer in which the dealership loses no money and is indemnified back to the full MSRP to be combined with the other rebates available. Clarence McCloyd decided to take the price that was listed on your site $71515 MSRP. He then informed me that he was marking up the price $4000 which would net in a price of $75515. I asked him to reconsider and he told me that he was "ALL IN" He would also deny me the an additional incentive/rebates for which a qualified for which expired on 09/05 advertised through the Jeep Brand. As a result of Clarence Mcloyd's decision to raise the price from what is advertised on your website. I was falsely advertised to. This is the definition of bait and switch.

I’ve been here 4 times since I’ve been a Dodge owner and the service wasn’t great at all. The last time I was there I came in for a quick fix dealing with my undercarriage and was turned around without even taking a look at it. I live in the south burbs if the city and I had to drive 1hr away to forest park for them to fix my problem witch that only took 5mins.You try to set up appointments and them set you back more then 2weeks and they never have enough workers as they always say.

Took my jeep in twice for an oil leak.They said it was fixed the first time,but u got it, Not fixed 2nd time was in Dec. Horrible costumer service, they don't call to let u know what's going on. Told me it was fixed and then tried to sell me warranty. Now 4 months later leaking worse than ever.DO NOT take your cars there for repair. This place is nothing more than an over priced rip off.

I had a 930 a.m oil change appointment and i called at 925am to reschedule and Ms Karen said they had a 1230 appointment. I came in at 1220 and sat there until 230. I looked at the mobile status and it said that the status is only at check in. I went to the desk to ask whats the hold up and the dude say 20 mins. I rechecked the mobile status after i sat back down and finally it was in inspection. I said no and told them to bring my car around. Its a disgrace how long they make people wait for a simple oil change and im starting to think they did that on purpose because i rescheduled for a later time. Ive bought 2 cars there and never will return for services or sales.

I had problems with a different Ram service department and reached out to this one. Joe in the service department was kind, very helpful, and knowledgeable. He spent some time with me even though I have never been a customer. I will definitely go to them even though they are out of my way and I have service departments closer to me. Thank you so much!
