Today I called 2 times, asking for information about a type of paint that the client requires, I just wanted to know the price per gallon to tell my client anyway, they did not provide it to me. In the afternoon I called again and Ana answered me, she said that there was no one who spoke Spanish and that it was already 6:00 in a very rough way and if I waited any longer, she hung up. Maybe someone should tell these young people that we who buy paint call ourselves customers.

The service provided at the Matteson store on Saturday was exceptional! I initially called the store with questions and followed up with a visit. The Sales Associate that assisted with questions via the telephone, also assisted with my purchase. I was very pleased with the service and product and will definitely return to the Matteson location.

I have been in that store multiple times. I have had over 30 paint sample made and they never complain. They make helpful suggestions and set me up with a color expert. Love each and every one of them. Give them all a raise!!!!

My husband came in to get paint and was told to get satin by the person painting. He was told by Valentino it was the same as their eggshell. Our painter was not pleased and said satin was better and different for what we were painting even after showing the swatches of each finish. Valentino was probably annoyed but did not show it and just said I want you guys to be satisfied. He kept a smile on his face. Appreciate the good service.
