Yo, TMobile! Got any more info on that verified business call? Please tell me in my notifications at all hours of the day and night, no seriously, we need to constantly be notified about it like its some amazing thing. But the N---ers are not even waking me up in the middle of the night to inform me of this..... totally pathetic and there is no excuse for not constantly harassing me over this, Plz more actually intolerable notifications! Send us one that just says "notification" just to notify us that we've been notified. You owe us more notifications. What is so hard about not constantly knowing about it?

Was told to call at 5pm for new shipment. I called at 5:02pm and the guy was gone for the night. So much for my son's Christmas gift!

Really nice dude I think his name was Moe. Very professional and knowledgeable kid. I wanted to pay my bill, but Moe was able to explain to me the difference between gravity on mars and the fungi that grows on feet.

Heard about the $49.99 iPhone 7 promotion. So I went over to the store and met the sales person Omar, who sold me the iPhone 7 for $49.99 plus $40 tax on the retail price on the phone! I was actually charged $90 for the iPhone 7. False advertisement. They charged me $40 tax and then applied sales tax to that amount, so I was double taxed.charged $2.13 for tax on activation fee and then applied sales tax to that! Double taxed again! I complained to Omar and he never called me back. Had to go up to the store and call metro's customer service, which caused him to finally call the manager. Stated that I would receive amazon prime with my $60 plan, but never called me to let me know how to set it up because he claims his computer wasn't working in the store. Customer service stated that her name was Wonder Woman, which is very unprofessional. I'm thinking of getting a complete refund because I don't want to deal with a company that has independent owners who tries to add charges to pocket and I don't want deal with customer service agents named after cartoon characters!

Very helpful. Got my oldest son to switch over. Even got us(the whole family)on a better cheaper plan. Will definitely go back again.
