The customer service here is absolute trash. Took an hour and a half just to get carpet. They had one person working in the carpet department, did not even acknowledge us or that it would be a few minutes due to helping another customer and eventually disappearing to the front. When another employee came to the area we asked him if there was anyone else in the store who could help us since it had already been 30 minutes. .he very shortly replied no.
Another 20 minutes went by before someone else came over and finally helped us. When the first person returned again, she barley spoke words to us. Even the cashier at the front barley said 2 words to us. Something that could have and should have been a short easy trip turned into a waste of an afternoon.

95% of the time you can’t get in the garden entrance door you have to walk the length of the store, which is hard for someone that is handicap to simply buy flowers and other tools for a project last year I gave up and went elsewhere. Looks like I’ll have to do the same this year. No need to have a garden center. If you can’t enter where it says garden center. @21630 s Cicero Matteson location

Numbers isles are VERY confusing. Odd numbers and even numbers are in the opposite sides of the store. Just dumb.

This place is decent if you not have to ask for assistance, customer service is minimum, that's as far as it goes, i made special oder for doors and they constantly tried to sell me something that would not work in the home project. 3 trips later, special order comes in.... incorrect measurements.... good grief! Where are the people who care for their position in the work place....
