The experience was a little cold and a little intimidating. But, it was very straightforward. Order online. Go to the facility. Walk past the guards and cement posts. Show your ID and go into the store. Show your ID again and pay. You get your product and leave. Not a"store" per se, so much as a pickup location.
Everyone was nice. But the outside of the building and the security can be a bit off putting.
Overall, it was fine and I got what I wanted with no fuss.

Stop going to Windy City because of their horrible customer service being that most of my career revolved around it they have forgotten about the patients I go to Lux Leaf now with outstanding customer service and the product is 100% better.

Always friendly and helpful staff. In and out! Great selection..deals could be better, but the lux bucks program is cool, plus they're frequently giving away products and throwing sessions lol..nice little low key dispensary.

I Love this dispensary!! So happy to have them in my neighborhood. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable. They have a massive variety of great products. Although dispensaries typically mean ridiculous amounts of taxes but LuxLeaf always have sales, deals and the loyalty punchcard is Bomb!

I feel so incredibly lucky that this is my neighborhood's dispensary. I love them! They are always so nice! They have the best products and the facility is always so clean, welcoming, and aesthetically pleasing. Don't change, ever! Thanks for being the best of the best.

Great experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Devyn helped me and I bought my husband a great variety of gummies! he was patient and seemed to know everything there is to know about the different strains and doses. I will definitely be back.
