I had the best business photo shoot. AJ was my photographer and she was so personable and professional. She knew the best poses for the best outcome. I literally have so many great pictures it's taken me a whole week to choose my business card photo! Overall I would recommend this place. Donna usually does my photos and she is just as good. I will be back for fall photo's with my family.

I usually bring my kids to JcPenny for portraits and never had any issues. But on this particular day I had an 11:30am appointment for my 1 year old twin girls, they didn’t get photographed until 12:45pm. The session was not so great, because they were exhausted after the long wait. I won’t be back here to get my kids photographed.

If your trying to get pet photos even if your dog is an emotional support animal and most stores will allow them in they won't take you til late at night close to their closing time. Get your photos with a local shop.

I always feel rushed through the photo process and then feel like a hostage during the selection process I was once given my photos without editing in the arura location but the phototherapy was great with my 1 year old and the wife was happy with the results .... I've been using jcp for pics for over 7yrs

I do consider myself a shopper and everyone have places that they like above others. JC Penny is a go-to for me and my mom. This location in particular, is always nice because it's usually not packed. I like the soft atmosphere since I'm used to more chaotic shopping experiences. I never had an issue with finding anything I was looking for, but the few times that I needed help I was greeted with smiles. They have changed the outline like any other space, but I never had an issue with re-adjusting. I had a very great experience with the Sephora one night when I wanted to get my makeup done for a special occasion. The deals are just as great and you most likely will find whatever you came there for.

Best customer service within a 2 mile radius. This was our second time here for photos & they were just as good this time as the last from their friendliness to the quality of the photos. I kind of gave up on getting good customer service anywhere East of Cicero & it's really sad that it has gotten to where customer service is either incompetent or seemingly has an attitude. But the folks at JC Penney photo were outstanding!!!! Looking forward to taking more photos there

Very good Experience! Right on time, excellent customer service, great amount of photos taken and the best part...we were out in 45 minutes! Nataysia(sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was my daughter's photographer and she was very personable, took her time with my 3 year old, very detailed and had great ideas/poses that captured my baby's amazing personality! Thanks again!! Will definitely be back!
