“This review of the Orland Park Xfinity Store is focused on Ceaser Jimenez. You’d be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable and patient associate. I went with my sister to get her a new Samsung at the end of April. Ceaser was in charge of transferring information from her old phone to her new phone. Not only did he do so in an efficient manner, he helped my sister understand some of the differences between the two phones. He patiently answered her questions. Now, this would be a positive review, as is, but wait…there’s more. My sister had more questions, but only wanted to meet with Ceaser. This is where assistant manager, Manny Sosa, earns a shout-out. I emailed him directly, and he was so eager to help. On two occasions, he scheduled my sister with Ceaser. Ceaser was so patient and so kind dealing with my sister. He was not rushed, and there was no judgment, just cheerful assistance. Thank you, Ceaser and Manny! I hope you both receive positive feedback from additional customers and from your superiors.”

“I was very disappointed to find out the person I spoke to on the phone did my order wrong. This customer service person did not add the line correctly and it was not the correct amount. When I went to the store to return the I’m card I received and setup new phone line the representative got this issue resolved in less time it took over the phone call that was one hour long. We got a refund on the error made and the SIM cards for our devices. He hooked it for us. I’m so happy!”

“I went in at 10:15 to upgrade my phone. The guy who helped me ran the card on file instead of using the one I gave him. This is after I told him not to. He refused to see his mistake saying he didn’t. It wasn’t until I showed him on my mobile banking app that he apologized but said he couldn’t fix his mistake. I’m giving this place four stars because Tachi stepped in to assist and made everything better for me. She was apologetic, patient and very helpful. She also kept the line moving while multitasking with me. There were only two people working and she was on it. She assisted so many customers and me while the gentleman who helped me was with a customer for an hour. She is a true gem to this location. I really appreciated her today. I left at 12p but because of her I wasn’t upset anymore. Great customer service Tachi!!!!”
“I visited this store (Orland Park, Il) a few days ago to have data transferred from an old phone. I was immediately greeted by Xavier. He took care of my problem very quickly. I had a string of questions regarding a new phone that he answered. I was very pleased with the service at this location. I drove pass two Verizon stores to come here and I will make this my go-to store. Staff were very friendly and have great expertise.”
