My mother just left this location and the customer service was horrible. I myself had a bad experience with this location as well. My mother arrived at her appointment ant 8 am and explained to them that she has a battery that she purchased 1year, 1month, and 1day ago from that location. They told her that they would test the battery and let her know. My mother called me at 9:35 and stated that she couldn’t understand why no one has said anything. The place was empty with maybe 1 or 2 more customers in there. She finally was able to get the attention of the boy who was working on her vehicle. I am still on the phone and I can hear everything. He tells my mother that there is some type of test they need to conduct to satisfy Nissan if the battery would need to be replaced. My mother asked how long does that take? He stated it can take all day if needed. Why would someone in customer service allow their customer to sit for an hour and a half and not explain to them the process? Then the manager Jason was asked to join via my mom’s request. Of course he does what any person who is not listening to the real issue does and goes over the battery policy after my mother explained the issue. The issues is not the policy, the issues is that no one communicated with her letting her know the options. I then had my mother put me on speaker so that I can help correct his behaviors as a manger , because I have encountered Jason before and he did the same thing and tried to dismiss me. As soon as I was put on speaker, the test results magically appeared and oh my mothers car was in the parking lot parked. By this time, I had a friend who a shop foremen for Nissan in another state, on the phone informing me of the up sales and that we shouldn’t go for the “it could be the alternator “ play. I again explained to Jason, it’s best that you listen to your customers and address them at the level of their needs and not some script you learned. My advice to ANYONE, go to Auto Zone. They have helped me out on so many ways and saved money.

Everyone was great! From the Sales Consultant Jacob Flores, Sales Manager Ed Brown, General Sales Manager John Murphy, and Finance Manager Michael Beckett. They all worked really hard to help me pick the right vehicle for me and helped me get exactly what I wanted. This is my third Nissan purchase from Hawkinson Nissan. Looking forward to my fourth in a couple of years!

I just leased my fourth Murano from these guys. Needless to say, I would'nt keep coming back were it not for the very excellent satisfaction I feel after the the deal has been completed. I walk in, tell them what I want, how much I want to pay and Bingo ! No buyer's remorse ever. I love these guys, they have my highest recommendation.

Hawkinson Nissan treats me like family. Once again, I came in for an oil change and was asked could they have my vehicle back. Anyone who knows how I am, I wasn't about to play with Nissan!! But I had a great team of gentlemen working on my behalf! Thank you to Damien Short and John Murphy! I appreciate your patience with me. I love my new Bronco!! My car note is affordable, lifetime warranty and I'm happier then ever. Trade in process was easy. Rami my salesman was very loving and nice.
