“I just had the most wonderful experience. My daughter fell asleep on the way to the store so I had to carry her throughout the store. While it was my turn at the register the lady behind me offered to put my items on the belt for me, the cashier (wish I paid attention to get her name) pulled the cart around and loaded it for me, the lady that was in front of me waited for me to check out to help bring the cart/ bags out and the lady that helped put my items on the belt had her nephew bring my bags to my car. I was a little worried at how I would do all of this with my daughter sleeping but these amazing people and the amazing cashier didn’t even blink an eye to help me. I am so thankful/great fun that there are still good people out there that are willing to help people they don’t know. If it wasn’t for them I would have had a very hard time checking out and getting to the car. Tear jerker of the day, I got very lucky. God is good, bless them?*edit*My receipt says the sales associate was Candice! I hope that is right because she deserves the praise and a raise!”

“Always very clean and great staff. This to me is the best Family Dollar in the South burbs. River was so helpful today. They were out of an item on the shelf and I just took a chance and asked him about it while he was unloading the truck. He was patient and said he saw a box of the item and said he would bring it out to me. He did in less than two minutes! Very nice young man. I hope management recognizes him.”

“I had the pleasure of shopping at the Dollar General located in Lynnwood, Illinois. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the store. The shelves were all faces and the floors were clean and clutter free. I then met (the manager) Chris. I needed help finding a product, not only did he tell me where to find it but he walked me to it and grabbed it for me as it was out of reach. Next, I had the pleasure of meeting "D" at checkout. There was an issue with the cash register D called Chris up to help and boom the line moved quickly and the young men kept their cool and spoke to every customer going on and out.
