I have been here plenty of times, but today I received the best service. When dropping off my car off with Ben. Very knowledgeable I was so annoyed because I had just bought tires. He was very patient with me. Jeff took care of me when picking up.
They listened to me and got the job done. Thank you both! Ben & Jeff.

I’ve been going to this location for over 10 years, my last visit wasn’t so pleasant. I’m not blaming the store. I think I just got a hold of the wrong sales person. I went in to get my tire fixed because the air pressure was going low over the period of about two months.
I know the issue and solution. The aluminum rim gets corrosion where the tires seal. It’s a common problem with many cars. The solution is to remove the tire and clean the rim where it meets the tire.
This salesman said (coldly) just buy new rims and put a stop to the issue.
Right. Instead of a 10 minute service cleaning, I should spend $1000 for new rims. He then said I should also buy new tires. The tires on my car are 1 year old, and cost over $275 each. Pirelli P7s.
His only interest was a big sale.
I went to another location and got the rims cleaned, problem solved.

Try to get my tires air check and nobody could do it quickly so I waited 20mins and still nobody, talked to two works and they say it not my job all they were doing was standing around talking to each other,, so I went to the one in Matteson they had a guy doing the air, checks go there,

I would never recommend them. I ask them to give me back my cracked rim that’s 900$ after the put my temp rim on. When I got off later for work to pick car up they stated they discarded the 900$ cracked rim. I’ll never come back. I guarantee they got my rim welded and fixed an reselling

I went in the other day to get two tires put on and it was the best experience I’ve ever had there. really great customer service. Jeff was super helpful and nice. He greeted me in the parking lot. I didn’t even walk in yet he checked my tires it was fast and efficient.

I had the best experience with Jeff and Jonathan today. As a young woman, I often feel really overwhelmed by any experience with car maintenance. Jeff helped me initially and explained everything clearly with great customer service and was incredibly friendly and respectful. The service on my car was very quick and thorough, and they were even able to fit me in and finish earlier than my appointment time. I was hoping Jeff would be the person I talked to at the end, but Jonathan helped me out and I was pleasantly surprised by how he walked me through things clearly and respectfully. This has been my favorite Discount Tire location. Thank you, everyone!

We have been waiting for several hours so they can make an alignment to our truck, employees are only walking through the parking lot smoking marijuana.They don't work, they just waste time, they don't respect customers. It is too much that they always do the same and nobody caught their attention. I will not return and that place will not be recommended. Please do not go. Do not waste your time or your money in that place.

how many teenagers does it take to change a tire?
Apparently five I see why you don’t have to make
a appointment for this location It seems like some of the workers Lied on their Résumé because if you’re lucky to get a older person to pull your vehicle in they’ll get you done out in seconds but if you get one of these teenagers, it’ll take them hours to finish their job assistance after screwing up something had to wait 3 hours and they weren’t busy. And if they try to get you to buy anything such as windshield wipers, don’t Buy them from them. terrible customer service

My only problem with this location is that these kids don’t know what they’re doing, It took almost 2 hours to get tires, balanced and mounted because they were playing around on their phones also watch who you let drive your car into the shop. Some of these teenagers will get excited when they see a sports car of any sort here’s my warning if you drive any modified vehicle or manual transmission please let them know that you would like to drive your own car into the shop and pull your own car out. One of the workers broke my shift knob because they didn’t know how to put the damn thing in park. And instead of coming to ask me they decided to sit there and fumble with it and play loud music it wasn’t until they noticed that I was standing outside, literally watching them where they asked me for help also, go after them and check your Lugnuts, count all of them to make sure they are tight because my Lugnuts were loose.
