I met with the sales manager in person and I'm really thankful I did. This is family establishment and he and his team have heats of gold. My issue was caused by a vendor that they have a contract with for delivery. He went above and to make everything right. I spent a few more dollars with his establishment. If you don't see it on the floor just ask. O promise you, they have it!

Place is horrible bought a bed set it came damaged missing parts and I spoke to them and they never called me back and I spent $2,000

This place is awesome a variety of furniture for all culture of people. The sale lady Is great, beautiful personality. She assisted you to make a decision on what you want and not just selling items. And if she can get a better deal, she will call her manager.....she did and it worked out for me.....thank you. Pay this place a visit, ypu will be amazed of the hospitality for a furniture place.

Visited this location over the weekend with my family & left very pleased. We were not greeted upon entry but a few minutes into browsing we had a wonderful customer service experience with Marya she showed me a ton of options based off of the info I provided her and I ended up picking out a brand new living room set! Looking forward to doing more business soon.

Stay away from these crooks, you pick out furniture from the showroom and pay for it and when it's time for delivery they call and say they don't have it in the warehouse and offer you $$$ back to take the showroom furniture and tell you it would take 3 - 4 weeks to order the new furniture, the delivery guy told me they do this all the time. Bad business ??????

When I went in the store to purchase furniture the sales representative was very helpful and professional. They contacted me within 24 hours with the delivery date and time. The delivery and setup of the furniture was seamless. I will definitely refer them to friends and family. I will also patron their business for any future needs.

Trash. Ordered and spent $3K on a couch, cash. Couch looked dirty when second half of delivery arrived (came in two separate orders).Called and complained. They sent someone out that convinced me it wasn’t old, but that they would order me more cushions as two were MUCH flatter than the others. The owner stated the flat cushions were the first thing he noticed.This was a month ago and still no cushions, which they called today (after I reached out) to tell me they won’t arrive for another TEN days.Go elsewhere and spend your money without the issues. it’s not like you’re saving any money anyway—but you will save a headache. Thinking of dealing with this with my bank since this place won’t do anything worth a damn.Ridiculous.
