Horrible receptionist lady who answers the phone. Have needed assistance twice and both times all she knew how to say was "no trucks in the area" .. wouldn't give us a wait time or anything. Very cold and unfriendly, poor customer service

Called for a roadside tow at 930 pm. Was in my driveway by 10pm. Dispatch and driver were both very nice.

Said they couldn't tow my car because they didn't have any drivers. Woman on the phone was dismissive and unhelpful.

I am so lucky that Coy's was one to tow my car after I was in an accident . The ladies in office explained to me how to proceed as I never been on an accident that bad. It felt to me that they really cared.
If I ever need a tow i would call them.
Tow driver explained to my son how to claim our things at the site.

I needed a tow at 230 AM and Tayon was there within 15 minutes.. got my car to my location fast and without any issues. Transaction was fast and smooth. He was very professional and communicated every thing to me. I will definitely recommend!

Your website states you were founded in 1973 as a family owned and operated business. This is definitely not the business that Coy started or that Joe successfully ran for decades. You may have purchased the "business" but it is not the same team. Probably would be a good idea to change your website rather than misleading people into thinking it is the same. It most definitely is not the same team that has been serving Matteson for decades as your website states. We had used Coy's for everything, towing, body work, etc. prior to the new ownership and always received excellent and dependable service. We called a few times this year with the new ownership for towing service and lockout service and ended up having to call someone else. Joe hasn't been there for years but your site still shows the excellent reviews he received. He was the one that cared about the customers and made sure they were taken care of. Joe left years ago and has his own shop. Doesn't seem right that you are still using his name on your website. You shouldn't be using his name to get business because anyone looking for Joe and the service he provided definitely won't find it at "Coys"

We were delivering to railroad where this rents space. Cars were all parked In a way we could maneuver our semi in without issue. Only problem we had is their no trespassing signs everywhere indicating I is a police impound so that we had to make several calls before being able to get to railroad building that rents to them causing us to be stuck 40 minutes until we were able to get permission to go through making next delivery later causing us money.

Scheduled an appointment with this towing company to pick up my car, not only did they not show up on time, when called back they said 10 minutes. Thirty minutes later no show. They don't ever have to worry about getting my business in the future.

I didn't appreciate your wreckless tow truck driver speeding down Steger Rd, weaving in and out of traffic, and blowing red lights around 2:40pm on Thanksgiving. I guess their time and life is more important than everyone else's. Pretty inexcusable.
