I came in today for a removal of name on an account. The banker that attended my mother and I was Jessica.
She was very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and impatient. When she first entered the office, she was complaining about her day. She did not have the patience to answer our question and started to raise her voice at me when I asked her if she was okay.
I understand if someone is having a rough day, but taking your frustration out on your client is very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL. I hope Jessica does not treat her other clients like she did to my mother and me.

Horrible reception. Went in the rain to open a new account and got sat down for 40mins. I got up to leave and was told I could go if I wanted to!!
What happened to the littlest courtesy and customer service??? Really gutted.

I came into the bank with a pretty complicated issue. The new Branch Manager Aneshia could have left me a dissatisfied customer due to the circumstances. Instead, she stated the company policies and changes that had occurred. She expressed compassion and then ….RESOLVED MY BANKING ISSUE with a smile. She is definitely an asset to this branch and saved me as a client. Thank you so much!!!! ??❤️❤️❤️

The personal bakers at this location are horrible. Incident (1) I went in to the bank to make a "large" withdrawal and was told that only the tellers could assist me. Incident (2) I get in the long line to make the withdrawal to find out here wasn't enough cash in the draw to cash me out.The teller asks "Tina" to retrieve more cash and Tina asks aloud how much was I trying to withdraw. Are the personal bankers that ignorant!!! Once I walk out that door my $$$ is no longer FDIC approved and broadcasting my withdrawal puts me at high risk of getting robbed!!!

Britney & Keisha. Worst bankers ever. Jessica helped as much as she could. Keisha have a horrible attitude and the facial expressions to match and Britney talked too fast for my dad to understand and had us come inside the store to insert the debit card for no reason to bring a manager involved when we could’ve stayed inside the car to do. Couldn’t get a cashiers check because my dad did not have his phone and they wouldn’t accept the code over the phone since my mom was at home. The dumbest thing you could ever hear. Worst location ever.

No one wants to help you here. I heard someone would help me in just a few minutes for over an hour. Guess I’ll go drive 30 minutes to another chase bank that will actually help me when I walk in the door
