“The customer service excellent. I didnt have an appointment, they kindly asked if I had time they could fit me in. I didnt wait long. The Awesome young man, showed, explained in detail the rim & solution. I'm blessed to have seen this place& stopped, because I was told by another store I needed a new rim that rim was damaged, causing shaking in my car which was not true. The marvelous young man showed me my balancing on that tire came off & pointed out the balancing on the other tires. He took care of it, off I went, no more vibrating while driving and the cost was minuscule.”

“I came into this location on 7/11 because it was in the area of a previous appointment i had and they had great reviews. When I arrived I only had to wait about 15 mins (which the young lady told me it would be a short wait). I got serviced for an oil change and I also purchased wiper blades. The service was good and I went to pay. The problem came when I swiped the wrong debit card to make a payment. I advised the lady that helped me checkout that I wanted to use a different card and swiped the correct card for the full amount of the change plus wipers which went through fine. I was given a receipt for that but then the lady said that the computer still showed I owed. Come to find out the first time I swiped (the wrong card) a part of the payment actually came out. It wasn’t clear when I swiped the 2nd card because again , it charged that card for the full amount. The lady who worked on my car ( my assumption is she was also a manager) came in and pointed out that the charge actually was reversed back to my card. I still saw the pending transaction in my account but I figured it would probably take a while to show the reversal. I also had to rush back to work as i don’t work nor live in the area. its now the 16th and i checked my account again and it still doesn’t show a reversal of the charge. I attempted to call the location to speak w management to let them know I basically was over charged (the first swipe took a portion and the second swipe took the full amount.) but the phone system is completely automated. I tried a couple different ways to get connected to the location to speak w someone but it didn’t work. Not sure how to get in touch with them to possibly get a resolve. The service and speed at this location is good i just would have liked to be able to speak with someone via phone about this specific issue.”
