Alex our salesperson was great! She was not pushy and even stayed after her work shift to make the deal. Alex even explained how to use all the functions on the vehicle after the deal was done. Alex truly went the extra mile for us. I highly recommend her and will be returning for business in the future.

I purchased a so called certified pre owned vehicle from this location about six weeks ago. The experience was Ok until we had the car for about a week or two and noticed it was loud around the exhaust area when we started the vehicle.
Today we took the car in for an oil change and a diagnostic on what the issue could be. Unfortunately, they revealed to my wife and I that the catalytic converter has a crack in it! I’m inclined to believe this issue was present when the vehicle was purchased but they patched it up for the sale.
Not only that, but after the alleged diagnostics test, which was close to $300, the noise is even louder than before, and the check engine light is all off a sudden on. It’s difficult to believe this wasn’t intentional.
Add it stands, we will no longer do business with this location. No oil changes or repairs. It’s sad, because we were really looking forward to working with Arnie Bauer for all our vehicle needs, including purchasing new cars. Be careful-

Car in for basic maintenance. Very safe experience in these times. I liked that afterward, "you should plan on some more work next time, namely X and Y, and this is how much it's going to cost." Very friendly place, as always

Bunch of jokers work here. The “used car manager” will have his salesmen message you and on Facebook after saying you should bring the vehicle you’re selling to them because they need used car inventory. Like okay then I’d like you guys to come pick up my vehicle even though your hours away and perform a service but I’ll waste your time too how’s that? Never will I ever send or ever walk through the doors here.
