Our mail carriers at SJB are 98% on time (before 11:30 am). We also ship many packages which are not scheduled, yet they will take them if possible. The phone is always answered professionally. The only suggestion is to be open beyond 4pm.

Horrible mail service. My carrier decided he would list my place as vacant if I was away for a few days. This even happened when I submitted a mail hold request, which resulted in important tax info being returned to sender.

I never get mail wa hen I am supposed to. I always seem to have to chase down my pay checks. They are eighter just not delivered or they give them to other people.
