Closed during everyone's lunch break, and close a hour before everyone get off work. Change hours of operation.

Raining out side and my mail is wet thank to the lazy mail person that won't close the lid on my box.

Our mail carriers at SJB are 98% on time (before 11:30 am). We also ship many packages which are not scheduled, yet they will take them if possible. The phone is always answered professionally. The only suggestion is to be open beyond 4pm.
