Pulled in to fuel, sign saying no def (which I needed) got in line at another pump. When it was available, entered my code from the app just to get the error that the pump wasn’t available. This happened TWICE more at different pumps. Finally the FOURTH pump I was able to fuel. Literally wasted 1/2hr. If I hadn’t really needed fuel I’d have gone elsewhere. They allow people to double/triple park in the aisle blocking spots. Got a shower which was ok BUT in less than 1min after vacating the shower room it was already being called out as ready for the next person. That shows the lack of actual CLEANING

Inaccurate pricing, price shown 2 for 4$ upon checking out they charge me full price for both I told lady they say 2for4 she's like oh idk maybe because you don't have a reward card, I'm like ok but it doesn't say that I need it to get the discount, she basically knew nothing. Not alot of options of food to chose from, Small pilot store.

The woman working today was extremely rude!!! She was very very unprofessional... and made the whole experience miserable... I hope management takes notice of this behavior!!! She was awful

The store was clean and the staff were wonderful. Shower was clean extra spacious. That was so nice. Beware of lot lizards though. Heifer woke me up twice last night tapping on my sleeper and doors. So I took away 2 stars for that.

Clean, large, and well stocked with items. The place was busy as it was a truck stop, so that was to be expected. But, they were quick and friendly.

Place needed to be torn down and rebuilt, not remodeled. When compared to other pilots, this one is severely lacking small lot and small selection in the store.The people that work here are nice, but that's about it.

I noticed the young man behind the counter..very friendly, extra helpful.. and just as well the young lady cashier was very prompt and courteous when I asked her for help...it was busy, but things moved right along and was in and out quickly
