Say you have your Uhaul return time scheduled at King's for tomorrow morning. The owner will start calling today trying to get the truck back early, because he doesn't want to work tomorrow. They just didn't seem organized enough to handle the Uhaul services they offer.Service: Long distance hauling

I would give this business a 0 star if possible. My mother called to reserve a U-Haul but didn't have the information that he needed about my car. I immediately called back and he was extremely rude from the jump. He asked if that was my mother that just called and when I said yes he said she didn't know anything. I said she didn't know what she needed to know so that's why I'm calling. He immediately asked me for my credit card number. We hadn't even discussed any cost figures at all yet. I asked him if we could skip that part and get other info while I walk across The house to get my credit card. He said you don't know anything either. Do us both a favor and take your business elsewhere. Trust me I will be taking my business somewhere that actually believes in customer service. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean that I can be treated that poorly.

I read all the negative reviews and was expecting the worst when I picked up my UHaul. I had a very pleasant experience with the owner both when I picked the truck up, and when I dropped it back off. So not sure it some others caught him on a bad day, or the problem wasn’t him. But I’d rent a truck from him again.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, UHaul should be ASHAMED to have their name all over this junk site. Owner appears disinterested in being pleasant, is happy giving dirty and broken down trucks to customers and he sure as all heck doesn't take care of the business.Owner of this UHaul is a rude, nasty human being. He has no time for his customers, expects them to reverse these large 26' trucks into tiny spots because he's too lazy, or incapable of doing so himself. Normally I would oblige, if the yard wasn't a complete and utter junk yard full of dangers at every turn.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. This company is extremely condescending and disrespectful to customers. They will laugh in your face and cuss you. I would highly recommend anyone looking to for this type of service to go a little further for better quality.

Picked up a lawn mower to service and never gave it back. Won’t discuss and is rude. Says his wife has cancer, the following week says he has cancer, the following week he’s got double pneumonia. Lies, lies, lies All of these excuses.

I rented a Uhaul from this business. The location looks like a junk yard and was barely accessible. Customer service was rude and dismissive. When I called to inquire about the service, I was rudely told they were busy and I needed to call back. When I did I was treated as if my questions were an annoyance and encouraged to reserve online. I rented on a Sunday, so had to use the app for pickup/drop off. I inadvertently missed a step and returned the keys to the wrong spot. I was called by Kings and ridiculed for this mistake. When I apologized and tried to offer help I was dismissed, told to "follow directions" and basically hung-up on. Very disappointing, as this business is my local community and I typically support local but I will never use this business again and will discourage anyone who asks about them.Service: Local haulage

I'm not sure why all of the ratings were bad. We went and he fixed our lawnmower in a speedy manner and had it back to us in no time. He told us up front what the charge was and it was very reasonable. He was very personable and had great customer service when I was there and when we picked up our lawnmower. We liked Kings so much that many years later we took our lawnmower up to him before we bought another just to see if he would like it for parts. He was very appreciative.

I rented a u-haul from him on 4 different occasions. He is a direct and colorful character, but always honest and genuine.
