I love the Practitioners and Dr SCHUELER they are all so nice in the office and they get you answers if they do not know it. Very busy sometimes its hard to get in but they try to get you in if they can.

My family and I have been coming here for over 10 years and the office and staff have really went downhill the last year or 2. There is no point in calling them or going in anymore because they are not helpful at all.

Dr Schueler is a great person and Dr. But lately his staff is just horrible. This office will make you come in for check up just to collect office co-pay. Stories always changing of why they can't do it. Different office staff members calling to tell you a different reason why they can't do something. Office is terrible.

Doctor Dean was good to see very good manner. The Anderson medical group is absolutly horrible. My regular doctor retired so I had to switch doctors he was with Anderson Medical group also. My yearly check up I go once a year unless Im really sick, so only time I go. The doctors office coded the visit as a new patient the mexical group changed the code to an office visit. Neither code id correct should have been a wellness visit. After many back and forth calls I have given up with them going to file a complaint to the state of Illinois.

My brother told me about Dr Schueler's office and how he liked them. I was having problems finding a good physician to go to. So, I gave it a try. The staff is friendly and they actually care about you and don't talk down to you like many of the other places I have been to. I go to Abby PA-C and she is great. You can tell she cares about your well being. My wife switched from her doctor as well and now sees Abby. I highly recommend going here.

My husband went here for about a year and literally every single visit he would see the PA and they wouldn’t select the correct box on the forms. This resulted in incorrect billing every time. Which meant I would have to call the billing, dispute the bill, call my insurance, then eventually call the office to straighten it out. After 4 times of doing this we left that office. There is no reason why a patient should be doing the job of office administration or billing. Once I can see. Maybe even twice, but 4 times? No. Get it together.We just got another bill with the exact same issue from 2 YEARS AGO. Seriously, two years have gone by and we are still dealing with this.Dr. Schuler might be great but we wouldn’t know because we never saw him. Thankfully we switched offices because his new dr actually listened and tried to figure out what was causing symptoms rather than prescribing meds to cover up what was going on. 2 visits with the new dr and we have a solid diagnosis and correct treatment ?.

The phone system for Dr Schueler is garbage. I simply need to make an appointment and unless I spell the last name of an unknown person to get to a voice mailbox I can not leave a message.I’ve been with Dean for years, and the phone system is terrible.
