UPDATE: The owner has no interest in solving a management-related problem at this location and simply "kicked the can down the road" and advised me to contact customer care instead of reaching out to me directly. I have repeatedly asked to speak with owner to no avail. Will never set foot in a Circle K again. Why doesn't Google allow zero stars?
There is a Casey's four blocks away which is where I will purchase fuel, lottery, etc from now on as Circle K seems to be successful enough to not need MY business.
I have tried to get the owner to call me three times but they won't. I have sent in corporate requests as well as local requests but to no avail. Apparently they are not interested in solving customer - Management related issues

Get coffee every morning and a soda in the afternoon. The staff are wonderful, but the manager is extremely rude. Acts like she is better than everyone else and acts like she is doing you a favor if you ask her for something specific. 5 stars for the staff, 0 stars for the manager.

Why are the screens on the pumps so loud? I hate them on principle but the volume is comically loud. It's actually uncomfortable to pump gas here.

High prices and employees are extremely lazy. They stand behind the self check out expecting you to check yourself out while they look at you. I didnt come to Circle K to have someone get paid to watch me do their job. THERE WAS LITERALLY NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE.Zero stars if I could. This happens at every Circle K location I have been to.

Best hot dogs — if they have them. They frequently don't. Seems to be a theme at many Circle Ks.Today, they had hot dogs but no mustard and no relish.Left and went to QuikTrip. Hot dogs (2) w/mustard & relish (& really good jalapeños).Too bad Circle K.

This Circle K is always clean, and the staff are efficient and friendly. It’s a large facility located on a corner lot which makes it easy to access (and depart) even when it’s busy (which it often is).
